Community support

Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have a list of support groups and organisations (external link) that can help to support you in the community.

The help and support available includes:

• Social contact - someone to talk to through frequent visits and telephone calls.
• 24 hour access to help when needed.
• A safe place to stay when you need it.
• Practical support, for example, help with shopping or cooking meals.
• Help with medication.
• Therapeutic support such as talking therapies.
