Property Services

Property Services are responsible for managing and advising the Council on its land and property portfolio. The principal role is to provide professional property and valuation advice to the City Council.

As well as managing an extensive portfolio of operational land and buildings, such as offices, parks, leisure and community premises, used for the delivery of services, the Council also owns and manages a substantial property investment holding, comprising commercial, retail and industrial land and premises.
