Enterprise Centre
Carlisle Enterprise Centre provides managed workspace for over
forty small businesses in a range of workshop, studio and office
units available on a monthly licence.
The centre has over 50 small to medium sized units available for
rent. Our "At Will" tenancies are ideal to allow a new business to
take root, grow and then move on when ready without the worry of a
long term lease to contend with.
A five minute walk from the city centre and railway station,
Carlisle Enterprise Centre gives new and existing businesses the
best possible start, including access to a range of services such
as a telephone system with voice mail, reception, photocopying, fax
and word-processing services. A well equipped conference suite and
board room is available for hire. Limited car parking is reserved
for tenants; a visitor car park is two minutes' walk away.
As with all commercial lettings there are some restrictions to
the types of business that we can accommodate. We cannot allow
lettings to any of the following:
- Retail Traders
- Motor Trade
- Businesses where children or animals are to be on-site
- Businesses conflicting or competing with existing tenants
