Carlisle Enterprise Centre has over 50 small to medium sized
units available for rent. Our "At Will" tenancies are ideal to
allow a new business to take root, grow and then move on when ready
without the worry of a long term lease to contend with.
As with all commercial lettings there are some restrictions to
the types of business that we can accommodate. We cannot allow
lettings to any of the following:
- Retail Traders
- Motor Trade
- Businesses where children or animals are to be onsite
- Businesses conflicting or competing with existing tenants
