What is the City Centre Development Framework and Citywide Movement Strategy?

In late 2005, the City Council and its partners commissioned a new City Centre Development Framework and Citywide Movement Strategy as a means of addressing the latter two objectives. It will help to determine future land use and transport policy and guide investment by the public and private sector into physical improvements and development in the City Centre and transport projects across Carlisle.
