The Child Support Agency

Our role is to make sure that parents who live apart from their children contribute financially to their upkeep by paying child maintenance.

You can find out more about the Government plans for a new organisation and a new approach to child maintenance in our section about the future of the CSA. In the meantime we will continue to help parents who live apart to sort out arrangements for child maintenance.
