Chance’s Park – Carols in the Park

Festive event open to all

A Carols in the Park event will be held in Chance’s Park, Carlisle on Wednesday, 15 December.

The festive event will start at 6.30pm and will be held in the grounds outside Morton Manor Community Centre, off Wigton Road. BBC Radio Cumbria’s Harry King will compere the evening event

The Mayor of Carlisle, Cllr Mary Styth will be attending the event.

The Mayor said:

“I hope that local residents come out to support this event. It’s set to be a marvellous occasion which will provide a great opportunity for the Morton community to come together and enjoy a Christmas carol service.”

Following the carol service, mulled wine, mince pies and other festive fayre will be available inside Morton Manor Community Centre.
