Tickets available for Mayor’s Charity Event

The Mayor of Carlisle, Cllr Barry Earp, is inviting local
residents and businesses to join him at a special Valentine’s
themed event on Saturday, 18 February.
Tickets are available for “If Music be the Food of Love ”in the
beautiful setting of Warwick Hall, Warwick-on-Eden, starting at
7pm.
All proceeds from the evening will be donated to The Mayor’s
Charity Fund 2011/12, the main beneficiary of which is Hospice@Home
(Carlisle & North Lakeland), with three other Local Charities
[NSPCC Carlisle, Citizens’ Advice Bureau (Carlisle), and Carlisle
Key] also benefiting.
Tickets cost £10 and include wine and canapés on arrival, with
the Abbey Singers providing a varied musical repertoire.
