- Cavity wall insulation free of charge to everyone in Carlisle
over the age of 60
- Cavity wall insulation free of charge to everyone who owns
their own home and is over 70 in Cumbria
- Free loft insulation for over 70's if they live in their own
home if there's none in the loft already
- Cavity wall insulation for everyone else from £99.
