offering basic training in how to use the Internet, as well as
recruiting residents onto IT training courses; which may be free to
some people;

Sports & Recreation team;
- Benefits advice from Carlisle City Council;
- Advice on CV and job applications available from Carlisle City
Council’s Return to Work team; and
- The team from Riverside Housing will also be available to offer
advice on housing, debt counselling and introduce their new
neighbourhood clean initiative.
A free prize draw, with the chance to win £100 of Tescos’
vouchers, will also be available to all those residents who attend
the event.
Julie Kemp Economic, Regeneration Officer, Carlisle City
Council, said:

the opportunity to get advice on a wide range of wellbeing issues.
Health and fitness checks will be available alongside professional
