Free guide to services for every Carlisle householder

A free guide to Carlisle City Council services has been delivered to every house and business in the city.

More than 54,000 copies of the A6 size booklet, which includes a comprehensive listing of Carlisle City Council services, have been delivered to all residents in the Carlisle district over the past three weeks.

Copies of the handy guide are available from the Civic Centre’s Customer Contact Centre and an electronic is also on the City Council’s website at http://www.carlisle.gov.uk/PDF/a_to_z_en-gb.pdf

Due to requests, a Polish version of the guide is available, on request, from the Civic Centre and online at the City Council’s website.

Any householder who has not received a copy or requires one in a large print, Braille, audio version or in a different language, should contact the City Council on 01228 817200 or email customerservices@carlisle.gov.uk.

This is the third edition of the A-Z Pocket Guide. The previous issue was distributed in 2003.
