Market Hall gets into festive spirit

Carlisle’s Victorian Covered Market Hall will be transformed into a winter wonderland this Saturday (5 December) when it stages its Annual Fancy Dress Christmas Party.

Santa Claus will be around from 10am, handing out Christmas treats, and entertainment will be provided by Billy the Clown who will be on hand to demonstrate his balloon modelling skills. Spend £10, or more, on participating Market Stalls and receive free entry to the Market Hall Christmas Voucher Draw.

The stallholders will also be joining in the festive fun and the best seasonally decorated stalls and best dressed tenants will be given prizes for their efforts. The Market Hall Christmas Party will be held between 10am and 4pm and forms part of this year’s Carlisle Christmas programme.
