Sports Facilities Survey - Tell us what you think
Time is running out, Oh no it isn’t!
(Date of issue: Thursday, 24 November 2011)
Carlisle City Council and Carlisle Leisure Limited are asking
residents of Carlisle to complete a short survey, and participants
will have the opportunity to win a family ticket to the Cinderella
Pantomime at The Sands Centre.
The survey asks people about their experiences of using sport
and leisure facilities in Carlisle and the results will provide,
Carlisle City Council and Carlisle Leisure Limited, with
information on what users think of their facilities in order to
plan for future events, prioritise upcoming maintenance and
highlight areas for improvement.
Cllr Jacquelyne Geddes, Portfolio Holder for Community
Engagement, said:
“We are hoping that as many people as possible will complete the
survey as it is a great opportunity to have their say on the future
developments within Carlisle City Council and Carlisle Leisure
Limited’s sport and leisure facilities. People’s opinions really do
matter to us and can make a difference to their experiences in
future.”
The survey can be found on-line at www.carlisle.gov.uk or www.thesandscentre.co.uk
or paper copies at the Sands Centre, Carlisle Pools and the
Sheepmount Stadium. All completed surveys will be placed into a
draw where one lucky winner will be drawn at random to win the
family ticket to the Cinderella Pantomime at The Sands Centre, on
Wednesday, 21December 2011, at 7pm.
The online survey can be found on https://surveys.carlisle.gov.uk/sportfacilityusers2011.htm
and will take a few moments to complete.
