There are no scheduled City Council elections in 2009. The next City elections will take place on 6th May 2010.
Elections for the European Parliament and Cumbria County Council were held together on Thursday, 4th June 2009.

Electors who wish to vote by post or proxy need to apply in writing and must provide their date of birth and a specimen of their signature.
