Carlisle Citizens Panel is a randomly selected group of approximately 1,000 people who provide representative cross section of local people. Panel members serve an approximate three year term and are asked to complete on average three questionnaires per year.
The Panel is used to gauge public opinion on a variety of issues, it does not make decisions but provides members and officers with information to help in the decision making process. The Panel is managed to Market Research Society standards and panel members anonymity is paramount.
