Govmetric has recently been introduced by the Council and detailed analysis of the responses and comments needs to be undertaken and developed.  Feedback can be given to the relevant service areas to identify areas for improvement or good performance.

There is a computer available in the Contact Centre to enable the public to look at planning applications.
