What happens if I'm not happy with how you have handled my request?

You can channel your complaint via the Council's internal review procedure.

If you are still unhappy after we have done an internal review, then you can complain to the Information Commissioner. To do this read Complaints about Freedom of Information (external link) on the Information Commissioner's website.
