"Welcome to the web pages of the Carlisle Partnership, an organisation that brings together local authorities, the health service, police and other public agencies, local businesses and the voluntary and community sectors.
The purpose of the partnership is to enable the partners, who all have a part to play in the development of Carlisle, to work together in providing quality services for local people and an improved quality of life for all our residents.
