Under the provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 the Council is required to produce an Annual Monitoring Report.
This report builds upon the traditional monitoring of house building and employment sites undertaken by the Council's Local Plans and Conservation Section. The report also monitors the Council's performance against the Local Development Scheme. The report covers the financial year prior to its publication.
