Missed Bins

If we have missed your refuse bin, purple sacks, garden waste bin, green box, plastic and card sacks, or euro bin, please either contact us on 01228 817200 as soon as you realise it has been missed. If you don't realise until after the collectors have left your area, you may report the missed bin via our contact form or by email.

Recycling benefits the local economy by creating jobs, saves valuable natural resources and helps to protect the environment by reducing pollution. Carlisle City Council currently recycles 48.75% of all its household waste, which is more than the national average. With your help we can recycle even more this year!
