Fab & Fifty
The Fab and 50 scheme is being jointly delivered by Carlisle
Leisure Limited and Carlisle City Council through the Healthy City
Steering Group, Healthy Community Group and Carlisle SPAAF (Sport
& Physical Activity Alliance Foundation).
Aimed at the 50+ age group, sessions take place every Thursday
in Carlisle at the Sands Centre, Carlisle Pools, Morton Pool and
Bitts Park. A range of activities are on offer, including: the
arts, culture, sport, recreation and physical activity, dance and
healthy cookery demonstrations.
Pay just £3 per person and join in as little or as much as you
want.
