Menopause
Matters
Carlisle held the first Menopause Matters Event on Tuesday 29th
March at Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery. The day was a great
success and thanks go to all those who attended and were involved
in the day.
The afternoon of advice attracted over 90 people, who were able
to listen to lectures and ask advice from guest speakers, Dr
Heather Currie and Dr Jenny Lyons. As well speak to a number of
partners offering advice on skin care, diet, complementary
therapies and physical activity.

Love Parks Week 2011
A variety of events and activities were held in Carlisle's Parks
and Green Spaces. A programme of these events is available on the

Carlisle Healthy Weight Workshop
On Thursday, September 22 a consultation and good practice
event was held with our NHS partners at Carlisle City Council.
