A direct access housing information service is available at the Customer Contact Centre in the Civic Centre. A member of staff will be available Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon and 1.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. (except bank holidays). Tenancy guide booklets are also available at the Civic Centre. They explain the difference between Assured and Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Licence Agreements and your rights as a tenant or landlord.
