Houses in Multiple Occupancy Register

The Housing Act 2004 requires every Local Authority to maintain a public register of premises licensed under the Act as a high risk House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). The HMO register contains information on all HMO landlords and there properties. The register can be viewed at the Civic Centre, Carlisle at any reasonable time, within usual office hours. The register is updated on a weekly basis as we continue to receive applications.
