Referrals to other Housing Associations
Carlisle City Council has a nomination rights agreement with
Riverside Carlisle for people who are homeless and in priority
need.
In addition to the nomination rights with Riverside Carlisle,
the Council have referral rights with Home Housing, Two Castles and
Impact Housing.
