Housing Grants
Disabled Facilities Grants are
available to adapt dwellings to meet the needs of disabled
occupants.
Empty Property Renovation Grant have been suspended for
this financial year 2011/2012.
As an empty property owner, you may qualify for financial
assistance and tax breaks for returning the empty property back
into occupation.
Owner Occupier and Landlord Renovation Grants have been
suspended for this financial year 2011/2012.
Minor Works Grants have been suspended for this financial year
2011/2012.

Note: Carlisle City Council will only deal with an enquiry once
they receive a referral from an Occupational Therapist.
