Housing Needs in Carlisle

Carlisle City Council working in partnership with the Cumbria Housing Group have prepared 20 identified housing markets across Cumbria.

The Strategic Housing Market Assessments (SHMA) will be used to inform Carlisle's Local Development Framework and also the Regional Strategy for the North West (RS2010).
