This plan shows Carlisle City Council's intentions for Talkin Tarn Country Park and what can be expected in terms of maintenance and development over a five year period. It is intended primarily as a working document for City Council staff for managing the park. It however provides background information suitable for any interested parties to help them understand the past, present and the future direction of the park. it was last updated February 2011.
