Contact Talkin Tarn

Talkin Tarn is located approximately 9 miles east of Carlisle and just a mile south off the A69. Follow the brown signs to Talkin Tarn Country Park from the roundabout at Brampton.

There are no restrictions on access to the park.

Parking is available at a charge of £1/day.

Disabled Badge Holders may park for up to a maximum of 3 hours free of charge. A clock disc must be clearly displayed set at the time of arrival along with a valid Disabled Person’s Badge. There is no return to the car park within one hour. For stays of over 3 hours the normal hourly charges apply.

An annual parking permit can be purchased at a cost of £30 (See downloadable documents below)
