Carlisle Focus

In this edition, we also have an update on work to make Carlisle more resilient and advice on how to be winter ready.

The Old Fire Station reopened this autumn and has a packed programme to suit all tastes. Visit their website - oldfirestation.carlisle.city - for the full listing.

As part of the build up to the festive season, we have also included a summary of our Christmas events. This year’s programme includes a Carlisle Christmas Market made up of local traders. It will be held over five days and will also coincide with Small Business Saturday. Please come along and support local businesses.

A winter wonderland marquee, with a grotto and other family activities, will be the base for our Santa, Snow and Sparkles event. It is set to be a great addition to our festive programme. There is lots planned and we hope you can join in the fun.

There are also opportunities to WIN panto tickets and a £50 prize if you enter our online competition and survey.
