Local Land Charges search fees

Requisition for Official Search fees from 1 April 2011 are as follows

The cost of a standard search is £131.00 for all properties in both the urban and rural area. The fee must accompany all searches received by us on or after 1st April 2011 (see below for breakdown of fees)

Search in any one part of the LLC Register	£3.70
Search in the whole of the LLC Register	£22.00

Con29R – Standard Enquiries	Fee
(a) One parcel of land	£109.00
(b) Several parcels of land:
First parcel	£109.00
Each additional parcel	£16.50

Con29O (Optional Enquiries)	Fee
Each printed Optional Enquiry	£10.00
Question Number 22 on the Con29O form (registered common land or town and village green).	£13.50
Each Additional Enquiry	£10.50

Please note that a location plan is required for all local searches.
