Key Issues Consultation
January – March 2011
We have recently completed the
first stage in developing Carlisle’s Core Strategy, the Key Issues.
We are now working on the second stage, the Issues and Options.
Residents were asked for
their say between Jan-March 2011 on the Key Issues affecting
Carlisle. We had a fantastic response to this consultation.
Thanks to all those who made time to respond to our
questionnaire and who took the opportunity to influence a plan
that will shape the future development of Carlisle.
We have received a number of
comments regarding issues that the Core Strategy will not directly
address, for example issues relating to dog fouling, litter and
potholes. We have passed on these comments on to the relevant
City or County Council department for their consideration.
