Site Assessment: This is a greenfield site
which lies outside the urban area boundary for Carlisle. It
is severely constrained to the east by five high voltage overhead
electricity lines, to the west by a further two overhead
electricity lines, and proposed route of CNDR and associated
Moorhouse Road roundabout. The developable area of the site
is therefore of limited size and is physically and visibly isolated
from the urban area of Carlisle.

Site Assessment: This is a greenfield site
which lies outside the urban area boundary. The south eastern
boundary of the site is heavily constrained by five high voltage
overhead power lines. The north west boundary of the site
lies along the route of the proposed Carlisle Northern Development
Route and associated Burgh Road roundabout. The potentially
developable area of the site is limited, and would result in a
development that would be physically and visibly isolated.

Site Assessment: This is a greenfield site
which lies outside the urban area boundary for Carlisle. It
is constrained to the east by high voltage power cables, and to the
west by the route of the Carlisle Northern Development Route.
Very little of the site is unconstrained, and if this part was
developed it would lead to an isolated development, physically
separated from the built up area of Carlisle.
