The Vision

What is Carlisle Renaissance? 

Launched in August 2005, Carlisle Renaissance is a vision for the regeneration of Carlisle and is about making the city a better place to live, work and visit. A Prospectus was published by the City Council setting out six objectives for the renaissance of Carlisle:
