Contractor parking permits
If you are working for a residential client living within a disc
zone you should display a visitor permit
from the resident of the property.
If you are working for a business client whose premises is
within a disc zone you must apply for a contractor parking permit
at least 48 hours before starting of the work.
We may only issue one contractor permit per job and only where
we agree it is essential for a commercial vehicle to be parked on
site for the purposes of the work that is being undertaken. We will
refuse an application if we believed the concession is being
requested for convenience purposes only.
In the event of a number of contractors working at the same
property, a permit will be issued on a first come first served
basis. Alternatively a permit may be issued which does not relate
to a particular vehicle. Whoever is managing the project
should decide who the permit is issued to on any given day. These
permits will not be reissued if lost or misplaced.
We cannot reserve spaces or cone off areas.

It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure the vehicle is
