Payment of a Penalty Charge Notice issued by Carlisle City Council can be made in the following ways:

Penalty Charge Notices beginning with the reference 'CA5' and 'UI6' can be paid through the Carlisle City Council online payment system.

PLEASE NOTE - If the Penalty Charge Notice number begins with the reference 'ED7' or 'UE8' then payment should be made through the online payment system for Eden District Council.

Telephone Payments

Penalty Charge Notices beginning with the reference 'CA5' and 'UI6' can be paid by telephoning the Carlisle City Council automated telephone payment service on 01228 817486.
