The Hadrian's Wall Partnership Administration Assistant will provide critical support role for the small Hadrian's Wall Partnership Team. The National Lottery Heritage Fund has funded a post hosted by Carlisle City Council at their Civic Centre that will involve occasional travel across the World Heritage Site. This is a role where the right person will have the chance to see the direct influence they are having on one of the nation’s most famous sites.
This role is fundamental to the functioning of the project and will include assisting with a wide range of administration tasks; carrying out word processing, photocopying, dealing with post and clerical requirements; assisting in establishing and maintaining records, both paper and IT based; assisting with project initiatives and providing an initial reception point within the team to personal callers and other incoming enquiries.
Days/hours of work are flexible.
