Rural Strategy
Community Plan for Carlisle provides an overarching
strategy for the improvement of Carlisle by amalgamating the
aspirations and intentions of partners and residents into a single
long-term plan for "a good place to live, work and visit". Rurality
is a cross cutting theme of the plan and highlights the need for
Community Planning.
