Recruitment of Casual Administration Staff

We are looking to build a bank of casual administration staff who can be available to cover a range of general administration duties, often at short notice and for varying periods of time.

Based in one of our offices in Carlisle, suitable candidates will have a flexible approach to working hours and be able to work on their own as well as being a strong team player who is able to fit easily into an established team. Typical duties may include printing/photocopying/scanning, processing mail, typing, data input, checking stock and taking and communicating telephone messages. The specific duties of the required role will determine the level of general knowledge required, for example, data input would require a good working knowledge of MS Office (including Word, Outlook and Excel).

General office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, but these may vary.
