You can apply to host an event in one of our parks. Event organisers will need to complete an event application form, provide a risk assessment, and show proof of Public Liability Insurance up to the value of £5million.
We look at each application individually and will contact you with our decision or to request further information. You may need to consult nearby residents and gain approval from the emergency services. Event organisers must maintain public liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of at least £5,000,000. We do not allow inflatables or performing animals on Carlisle City Council land
