Our annual updates will soon be made on our Council Tax systems. These will take place from Tuesday 27 February until Friday 2 March. During these days, there may a delay in responding to Council Tax queries. The timetable is as follows:
From 4pm on Tuesday 27 February - 12pm on Wednesday 28 February - we can still accept details of moves or discounts which can be entered once the systems come back online, however we will not be able to give specific details on Council Tax balances or bandings.
From 12pm Wednesday 28 February - 12pm on Friday 2 March - we will be available to give 2017/18 (current year) balances but 2018/19 (upcoming year) charges will not be available. Moves or discounts will still be accepted but we will be unable to update any information until the systems are fully live.
From 12pm Friday 2 March - all systems will be live and we can answer queries as normal.
If you are in arrears with your Council Tax or have a payment arrangement, we will be unable to give specific details over this period but we will still be available to help with payment plans.
