The main entrance to Chance's Park and the community centre is off the Wigton Road (A595) where there is a free car park for visitors. There is pedestrian access off Dunmallet Rigg, Wigton Road, Dunmail Drive, Park Road and Langrigg Road.

Chance’s Park is situated on high ground within the Morton Area of Carlisle, to the West of City. The park forms the grounds of Morton Manor, once the home of the Chance family, now a Community Centre. Free visitor parking is available at the Community Centre, situated off Wigton Road. Pedestrian access to the park may be gained from Dunmallet Rigg, Langrigg Road, Park Road, Dunmail Drive and Wigton Road.
