Melbourne Park

Melbourne Park lies off the Warwick Road, just east of the City Centre, flanking the River Petteril.

This 28 hectare Park extends as far south as the merged Newcastle and the Carlisle Settle Railway Lines at Durranhill.

To the east of the Park is Botcherby, with access points off Warwick Road, Walkmill Crescent, Ennerdale Avenue, Borland Avenue and Botcherby Avenue. To the west is St Aidans, with park access points off Warwick Road, Riverside Way, Nook Street, Raven Street, Melbourne Road and Adelaide Street. You can also access the park, with care, along the informal pathways along the River Petteril from the south off the London Road.
