Premises can be hired for parties, events, meetings at a cost of:

 

Main Hall  holds a capacity of 260 at a cost of £20.00 per hour – photo attached

Small Hall holds a capacity of 60 at a cost of £17.00 per hour – photo attached

Lounge, perfect for meetings/training at a costs of £15.00 per hour – photo attached

Jubilee, perfect space for meetings/training at a cost of £13.00 per hour – photo attached

Programme of current activities going on at the Centre:

 

  • Clubbercise – A weekly high energy workout based around a party atmosphere with dance tunes and club lighting.
  • Boxing – A weekly mixed gender boxing group.
  • Bounce – A weekly dance choreographed workouts for all ages and abilities performed on mini trampolines.
  • Baby Yoga – A weekly class for the use of various poses and positions to promote baby’s general health and wellbeing.
  • Young at Heart – A weekly gentle workout designed for more mature ladies and gents with an emphasis on balance, flexibility coordination and strength building.  Followed by refreshments.  A great social occasion for those who are perhaps more isolated, which has recently commenced.
  • Rock Tots Playgroup – A weekly group for very early years for creative and social interactions and for parents and grandparents to socialise – picture attached
  • Act Theatre Club – An affordable stage school for young people who have an interest in the performing arts.
  • Dog Club – An agility class for dog owners who do it for fun as well as competitively and who have attended Crufts.
  • Art Group – A small group of art enthusiasts who meet to hone their artistic skills.
  • Carlisle Sub Aqua – A scuba diving group who hire our premises for their theory training.
  • North Cumbria Rescue and Response – A group who provide assistance to emergency services and other rescue organisations who use our premises for their training.
  • Townswomen’s Guild – a group of ladies who meet for company, develop friendships and get involved with events, crafts and who campaign for social issues.
  • Illustrated History Talks running from January – May 2022, meeting usually the 3rd Thursday of the month in our main hall.  Speaker Stephen White.  Very well attended by a variety of people – poster attached.
  • Starting on February 10th the Centre will be used by Inside Out part of the Thriving Communities imitative.  This 6 week programme from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm every Thursday will include workshops around craft, social history, nutrition, nature walk, movement and dance.  Full timetable and sign up from www.tulliehouse.co.uk/TCC or contact Sarah at [email protected] or 07785 900053.
