Community Resilience Fund

Community Funding

12 January 2022/Categories: Grants_and_Funding

Easy-to-access grants for groups that are involved in supporting their community through the ongoing Coronavirus work in Cumbria.

Community support, both formal and informal, has been an essential part of Cumbria’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic to date. It is important that this activity is at least maintained for the rest of the pandemic and beyond. Applicants must be prepared to work collaboratively with other local organisations, including the local public health teams.

All grant funding must be spent by 30 September 2022.

Who can apply?

• community emergency planning/response groups, with an emergency plan
• COVID-19 mutual aid groups and similar community support groups
• volunteer-led grassroots groups that support their local community
• registered charities

For more information, visit the Cumbria Foundation website.
