Grants for England's hospitality businesses (defined as accommodation, food & beverage services) and leisure premises that have suffered losses owing to a lack of trade because of the effects of the Omicron COVID-19 variant.
The Government is introducing a new grant scheme to support businesses that are experiencing difficulties because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) Omicron variant, and the dual impact of staff absences and lower consumer demand. Hospitality and leisure premises will benefit from targeted grant support.
The aim is to mitigate against losses within the sector, at what is often the most profitable time of year for these businesses.
Around 200,000 businesses will be eligible for these new business grants which will be administered by local authorities and will be available in the coming weeks.
How To Apply
Support is being delivered directly via local authorities in England.
