An award is available those based in the United Kingdom who are creating high quality British work.
Despite a market that is inundated with cheap imported goods, there is still a number of individual craftspeople and small manufacturers who are making good quality British work. This award is intended for those who are successfully raising the profile of British craft. Particular attention will be given to businesses that could outsource production activities or relocate outside of Britain but have made the choice not to. The purpose of this award is to celebrate all that is admirable about British living heritage.
