AHF Transforming Places Through Heritage Programme - Transformational Project Grants

| Return|

Objectives of Fund

Grants are available for non-profit organisations to help towards the capital costs of restoration projects focusing on redundant or underused historic buildings in English high streets. The overall aim of the funding is to contribute towards the transformation of England's town centres, helping them become thriving places, strengthening local communities and encouraging local economies to prosper.

Value Notes

Transformational Project grants of up to £350,000 are available, for up to 80% of the cost of work involved.

A total of 10-15 Transformational Project Grants will be awarded for project delivery (capital work including repair and conversion of buildings) over the four-year life of the programme. Ideally, projects will be completed within three years.
